We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your right to return an item and how to receive a refund.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, no questions asked, provided the conditions below are met.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened — the seal, cellophane, or original packaging must be intact
- Unused — never sprayed, applied, or tested
- In its original condition with all packaging, labels, and components
For hygiene reasons, fragrances cannot be returned once the seal is broken. This is in line with EU consumer law (sealed goods exception).
3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] within 5 working days of delivery, including your order number and clear photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including any return shipping costs.
4. How to return an item

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the completed return form.

Original outbound shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
