1. Order confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. This confirms your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.

2. Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 16:00 CET on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next working day.

3. Tracking

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within two working days of your order, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL].

4. Delivery times

Estimated delivery times for orders placed before 16:00 CET:

  • Netherlands — 1 working day
  • Belgium — 1–2 working days
  • Germany, Luxembourg — 2–3 working days
  • Rest of EU — 3–5 working days
  • UK & non-EU Europe — 4–7 working days
  • Rest of world — 5–10 working days

Holiday seasons and carrier disruptions may add 1–2 working days. Estimates start from the day after dispatch, not the order date.

5. Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium with no minimum spend. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

6. Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Please check your country's rules before ordering.

7. Failed deliveries and incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

8. Delayed orders
